Service Payments & Refunds
- Payment is accepted by card, cash, or secure online link (e.g., SumUp).
- Flexible payment plans are available — pay upfront or in 2–3 instalments.
- Refunds are not available once a service has been delivered.

Product Returns
- Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customised or digital items (like treatment plans) are only refundable if faulty.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days from approval.
